Quick Start

Goal

After login, the new Launchpad lets you pick one of four paths:

  • Quick Capture: save a URL or note into Inbox first
  • Report Workspace: prepare input, choose a template, run the first report
  • Intel Center: choose a playbook and create the first watchlist
  • Procurement: choose tender/policy scope and turn on monitoring

Onboarding only includes actions with immediate payoff. It does not wait for signals, briefs, or opportunities to arrive.

Recommended path: Capture → Report

This is the fastest and most reliable first-use path right now.

Step 1: Complete one Quick Capture

  1. Open Quick Capture
  2. Paste one URL or one text note
  3. Click Capture

The system will automatically create your Inbox and hidden Quick Capture source. You do not need to understand the library / source model first.

Step 2: Prepare the first report input

After a successful capture, the first Report Workspace step is usually already complete.

If you already know the ongoing source you want, go to Sources instead:

  • create a source manually
  • use the AI Source Wizard

Step 3: Prepare the first template

The lowest-friction paths are:

  • Template Library for a system template
  • AI Template Wizard for a generated starting point

Starting from a blank template is no longer the recommended first-use path.

Step 4: Run the first report

Once the template is ready, run one real report.
Onboarding completes when the first report succeeds, not when you merely open a page.

Intel / Procurement paths

If your goal is continuous monitoring rather than immediate report generation, go straight to Intel or Procurement.

Intel Center

Intel onboarding only requires:

  1. choose a playbook
  2. create the first watchlist

That is enough to complete onboarding. Waiting for signals or briefs is not part of the first-use flow.

Procurement

Procurement onboarding only requires:

  1. choose the scope: Tender / Policy / Both
  2. create the first procurement watchlist

It also finishes immediately after setup. Waiting for opportunities is not part of onboarding.
